What is a merchandise portal?
Your own online store, stocked with your approved branded range. Teams, sites or franchisees log in and order what they need within their budget, and you keep sight of stock, spend and delivery without having to approve every single request.
What is a managed merchandise program?
One partner owning your merch end to end. We agree the range, make it, hold it, and handle every order and reorder through the portal. You stop chasing suppliers and raising one off purchase orders, and the brand stays consistent because there is only one place to order from.
Do we have to use it?
It comes with every program we run, and most clients use it because it takes the admin off their desk. If you would rather just email us an order, that works too.
Can we control who orders what, and how much they spend?
Yes. Access is set by user, site or department, budgets can be allocated by territory or cost centre, and you can switch an approval step on or off. Double ups and off brand orders stop happening because the rules sit in the portal rather than in someone's inbox.
How do we know what stock is left?
Live counts on every product, updated as orders go through, with alerts before you run out. You can pull a report on what is moving by site, state or department whenever you want one. Merchandise inventory management without the spreadsheet.
Do you offer print on demand?
Yes. We supply print on demand merchandise Australia wide. We hold blanks and decorate to order, so you carry less stock, waste less on sizes nobody wants, and can change artwork between runs. Print on demand and held stock run side by side in the same portal.
What happens if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us and we will replace it. Every order has proof of delivery tracked in the portal, so there is never an argument about what shipped and when.
