Hoka Run Club
Merch isn't marketing. It's membership.
When HOKA opened new stores in Sydney and Brisbane, Branded by Dashing was tasked with more than promotional product. Each city received its own string bag, lanyard, custom running journal and sticker set, designed to mark the occasion and celebrate what HOKA calls the Joy of Movement.
The launch merch didn't just announce a store opening. It welcomed runners into the HOKA Run Club, a global community built on inclusivity and connection, where every step counts and every member is uplifted to keep moving forward.
For Branded by Dashing, the brief was a reminder that merchandise done well isn't swag. It's a signal of belonging. Something a runner carries, wears and uses long after opening day, tying them to a community rather than a transaction.
Problem vs. Solution
When [Client Name] set out to refresh their merchandise program, they wanted more than just branded products. They needed merchandise that would excite their audience, stay true to their brand identity, and deliver real value. But getting there wasn’t simple.
