Where are you based in Sydney?
27 Sirius Road, Lane Cove West NSW 2066. That is head office, the production floor and the warehouse, all in the one place, about twenty minutes from the CBD. You can reach the team on (02) 9922 2700.
What does your Sydney team actually do?
The thinking, design and sourcing. We work out what suits your brand, your audience and your budget, create the artwork, manage the approvals and run the project through to delivery. You deal with the same people from the first conversation to the last box.
Is it actually made in Australia?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. There are two routes. Most often we source through established merchandise suppliers who brand the product. For bespoke work, we design it here and produce it through our own office in China, which handles manufacture and branding. Either way the design, the standard and the project sit with us.
How long does it take?
It depends which route the product takes. Sourcing and branding is the quicker of the two. Bespoke production through our China office takes longer and gives you something nobody else has. Tell us the date you need it and we will tell you honestly which options still fit.
Can you deliver to multiple Sydney offices or stores?
Yes. We split a run by site, region or format so each location gets its own quantities, rather than one pallet arriving at head office. Sites can also reorder themselves through B-Portal within their own budget, with approvals on top if you want them.
What do corporate gifts cost?
Depends on the product, the quantity and the packaging, and the price per unit drops as the numbers go up. Tell us the budget and the audience and we will come back with options that fit. One good piece usually beats a box of small stuff, whatever the budget.
Do you supply corporate uniforms in Sydney?
Yes, decorated in house with embroidery, print or applique. We manage sizing runs, replacement stock and new starter orders, and hold the range so a new hire is not waiting three weeks for a shirt.
