Lendi Group wanted an onboarding experience that felt on-brand - premium, thoughtful and easy to deliver. Branded by Dashing supported the merch programme end-to-end, with kits sent directly to new starters ahead of day one.
The packs included practical essentials such as lanyards, t-shirts, power banks and water bottles, packaged to create a polished welcome experience. With ordering managed through the B-portal and fulfilment sent directly to individual locations, the process made it easy to deliver a consistent experience for new team members.
